A Gentle Reminder: You're Not Alone
Fifteen women gathered for a walk.
What stayed with me afterwards wasn’t the walk itself. It was what happened between the steps. Conversations that moved quickly past small talk.
Moments of recognition when someone shared something and another woman quietly nodded because she understood.
As women, we carry so much. Responsibilities. Expectations. The endless mental lists that never seem to end.
For a couple of hours, something felt different.
Nobody was trying to impress anyone. Nobody was trying to fix anyone. Women simply showed up exactly as they were.
And perhaps that’s what made the morning special.

Not because anything extraordinary happened, but because we created a space where nobody needed anything from them.
A space to breathe. A space to be seen. A space to remember they are not carrying it all alone.
To every woman who joined us, thank you. And thank you to our wonderful partners, ilapothecary and JUNDAY, for helping make the morning possible.
As I drove home, I kept thinking about something one woman said: making friends as an adult can feel surprisingly hard.
Maybe that’s why mornings like these matter.
Because beneath our different stories and seasons of life, many of us are looking for the same thing:
Connection.
The kind that reminds us we belong.
This is why ZenMom exists and you’re always welcome to join us here.
With Love,
Tai | ZenMomTribe 🤍
