This past weekend was beautifully full with children’s activities, errands, and a little work. By Sunday evening I knew Monday could feel overwhelming if I didn’t prepare, so I chose calm. I set out the kids’ meals, picked my clothes, and blocked time for today’s meeting. This morning felt lighter and more grounded.
