Honest conversations. Shared wisdom. Real community
Last Friday, a group of women gathered around a table for dinner, conversation, and a moment to simply be present with each other.
The room was beautiful.
Candlelight flickering across glasses of champagne.
Soft music.
Women arriving after long days carrying work, motherhood, pressure, ambition, transitions and all the things life quietly asks of us.
And then the conversations started.

There were strong perspectives in the room.
Different journeys.
Different experiences.
Women at completely different stages of life sharing what they’ve learned, what they’re still figuring out and what they wish they knew earlier.
And honestly? That is part of wellness too.
Sometimes wellness looks like rest, yoga or quiet mornings.
Other times it looks like sitting across from another woman and realising you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
There is something powerful about women sharing knowledge openly instead of gatekeeping it.

Helping each other navigate motherhood, identity, careers, relationships and growth with a little more honesty and a little less performance.
That was the heart of After Hours.
Not perfection.
Not pretending.
Just community.
there is always a place within us that is still.

Thank you to every woman who came with openness, warmth and honesty. We left reminded that there is so much value in learning from one another and leaning on
each other through every stage of life.
With love,
