Can I Be Honest?

Hi ZenMom đ¤
Can I be honest today?
Iâve been in bed most of this weekend. Â
Resting. Resetting. Still surrounded by a heap of laundry that hasnât moved.
And instead of rushing to âcatch upâ, I let myself stay.
Because sometimes the most nourishing thing we can do is not push through. Â
Sometimes the body asks for pause before the mind understands why.
This season has reminded me of something important;
Rest doesnât need to be earned. Â
And stillness is not failure.

Thatâs actually why Iâve been thinking about something new for our community.
A quiet, one-on-one visualization session. Â
A gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Â
No fixing. No pressure. Just guided presence.
Before I build it properly, I want to hear from you:
Would you do a 1:1 guided visualization
session with me?

Your response helps me shape what ZenMomTribe becomes next and what support actually feels useful in this season.
And if today looks like rest, laundry, or doing very little at all, youâre still exactly where you need to be.
With warmth, Â
