A First of Many: Reflections from Our Debut Campaign ✨

It rained the entire morning of our very first campaign shoot. I had brought in my very first model, filled with excitement, nerves, and the quiet pressure of wanting everything to go right.

But not everything did. ☔

There were complaints. About the boat. About the timing. About how things were being managed. And though I was doing my best, I lost my cool. Tensions flared, and it wasn’t the kind of beginning I’d imagined.

Still, we carried on. When the rain finally let up, we moved quickly. The team, tired but determined, showed up with heart. We captured something raw, something real and I’m proud of that.

This experience taught me more than I expected. 🌱

I learned how to prepare better. I learned how to lead better- with necessary boundaries. I learned how to protect my peace while staying open. I forgive myself for the missteps I was new, I was learning. And I don’t regret the views I held onto when it mattered most.

This campaign is a piece of my heart. 💛 I pray it carries the fruits I labored for 🍃 and lands with you in the spirit it was created in honesty, in beauty, and with deep intention.
