International Women's Day: For the women building a lot

Lately I’ve been reading Maybe You Should Talk to Someone by Lori Gottlieb.
It’s a beautiful book about the quiet complexity of being human.
Ambition, relationships, grief, growth… and the ways we try to hold everything together while life keeps moving.
And as I’ve been reading it, I’ve caught myself smiling.
Because life lately feels a little like that. Not dramatic.
Just full.
Family. Motherhood. Work.
Building something meaningful.
Some days I look around and think, wow… we’re building something beautiful.
Other days I feel like I’m holding ten different things at once and hoping none of them fall.
And I know I’m not the only woman who feels that way.
That’s why International Women’s Day feels like such a meaningful pause.
A moment to recognise the invisible things women carry every day.
The leadership.
The care.
The ambition.
The dreams we’re quietly building while still showing up for everyone else.
One thing I’m learning in this season is that you can’t build something meaningful alone.
Having the right people around you matters.
A good team.

People you trust.
People who can carry parts of the vision with you.
Delegating isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom.
And even with all the moving pieces, I’m learning something important.
The goal isn’t to remove the chaos.
The practice is learning how to stay calm inside it.
For me, that often looks very simple.
A quiet moment.
A cup of tea.
A few pages of journaling.
That’s exactly why Calm Within Chaos exists.
Not for perfect days.
But for the real ones — when life is full and you just need a place for your thoughts to land.
Because even the strongest women deserve moments of calm.
Especially you.
Always rooting for you,
