Everything Becomes Clearer

This week has been a reminder to stop being so hard on ourselves.
To give ourselves grace in the moments where we feel like we’re not doing enough.
And to give ourselves time when life feels unclear or heavy or slow.
Because the truth is, not everything makes sense immediately.
Some things only become clearer with time.
Some answers only come after the pause.

So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately, this is your reminder that you are allowed to breathe.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to not have everything figured out yet.
The pressure to constantly have it all together can be exhausting.
But sometimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is trust that clarity will come. And usually, it does.
A few reminders for the week ahead:
- Stop rushing your healing and growth
- Small progress still matters
- Rest without guilt
- Speak to yourself kindly
- Trust the timing of your life
