For The Moms Needs a Moment Too
There is a quote I love that says:
“The days are long, but the years are short.”
As moms, we hear it often.
But lately I’ve been thinking about something else.
One day, these will be the days we look back on.
The school runs.
The packed lunches.
The endless questions.
The tiny hands reaching for ours.
The ordinary Tuesday mornings we barely notice because we’re busy getting through them.
These are the moments that will become the memories.

And yet so many of us are moving through them exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying more than we were ever meant to carry alone.
After “After Hours” , one thing became very clear to me. Women aren’t necessarily looking for more advice.
They’re looking for space
A space to breathe
Space to hear themselves think.
Which is why we’re doing something beautifully simple - A morning walk.
No pressure. No agenda. No networking.
Just fresh air, gentle movement, meaningful conversation, and a chance to pause long enough to remember that you matter too.

Come for the walk.
Stay for the exhale.
I’d love to see you there.
With Love,
