She Thought She Knew Where Her Pain Began… Until this
Not everything we carry started where we think it did.
This is a reminder for anyone untangling their story.

For a long time, I thought I knew where my healing needed to begin
Becoming a mother.
That quiet, unspoken burnout.
And while those were defining… they weren’t the whole story.

Some of the tension, fear, and self-doubt I’ve carried had older roots.
A moment I couldn’t name.
A silence that lingered.
A feeling I tucked away..

It takes deep honesty to ask:
Where did this belief about myself come from?
Whose voice is still echoing in my thoughts?
And sometimes, the answers surprise us.

This season, I’ve been peeling back the layers
Not to relive the past.
Not to blame.
But to meet myself with clarity.
To understand where I’ve been… so I can choose where I’m going.

I’ve been learning to give my younger self what she didn’t yet have the words to ask for.
Not rewriting the past- just tending to the parts of me I left behind.
ZenMom was born from this quiet reckoning.
A sacred space to remember:
Healing doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
It just needs to be honest.
And held with love

If you’re on this journey too,
know this:
You’re not alone.
You’re not broken.
And it’s not too late to come home to yourself.
This space is ours. 🌸
With love,
Tai 🌹
