Before The Second Half Begins
The first half of the year has asked a lot of us.
Some seasons have stretched us.
Some have surprised us.
Some have quietly reminded us just how much we carry.
Over the past few months, ZenMom has been finding its rhythm too.
We’ve gathered around tables, walked side by side, shared stories, laughed, reflected, and made space for one another.
With every gathering, one thing has become even clearer.
This community isn’t here to add more to your plate.
It’s here to remind you that you don’t have to carry it all without a moment to breathe.

As I look ahead to the rest of the year, one phrase keeps coming back to me.
Come home.
Come home to your breath.
Come home to your peace.
Come home to the woman beneath all the roles.
This August, we’ll be gathering again for our next ZenMom experience: “Come Home: A Mid-Year Reset.”
An afternoon to pause before life speeds up again.
To reflect on what’s been.
To let go of what no longer serves you.
And to return to yourself with a little more clarity, intention and peace.
More details are coming soon.
For now, perhaps this is your gentle reminder that you don’t have to wait for a new year to begin again.
With Love,
Tai | ZenMomTribe 🤍
